PFW Running - Curvy Cuerden Challenge

On February 28, 2027, runners will gather at Cuerden Valley park's visitor center for an off-road trail run that offers breathtaking views and challenging terrain. The main attraction is the option to complete as many laps of a scenic 5k route within a six-hour window. For those aiming higher, marathon runners can tackle eight full laps plus a short loop, while half-marathon participants will cover four laps and one additional segment.
The course winds through undulating trails lined with trees and wildlife, making it suitable for all levels of ability. Refreshments are available at an aid station located three miles into the run, ensuring that everyone stays fueled throughout their journey. At the finish line, every participant receives a bespoke medal and official time regardless of how many laps they complete.
The visitor center will be open to provide refreshments and support runners during this all-ages event (participants must be 18 or older). All proceeds from entry fees include a £3 donation towards Cuerden Valley park's maintenance. Friendly marshals guide the way, ensuring that every runner feels supported throughout their run in this picturesque setting.
