Running through scenic yet challenging terrain, this event features steep climbs and technical descents that cater to fell runners looking for an authentic experience. The atmosphere on this day promises excitement and camaraderie as competitors navigate lung-busting climbs followed by faster sections where runners can push their pace. While no mandatory kit is required for what's expected to be a warm summer afternoon race, it’s always advisable to come prepared with appropriate running gear that suits the conditions.
Race entries are just £5 per person, and while advance entry is encouraged to help organizers on the day, participants can also sign up at the event. The registration desk will remain open until 14:30 for those who prefer a last-minute decision. The race starts promptly at 15:15.
