North West Trail Running Series - Round 4 (1050 Bakers)
About the Event
Embark on the fourth round of the North West Trail Running Series at 1050 Bakers, where farmland trails meet lush native forest for an invigorating blend of scenery and challenge. The long course (18.5 km) kicks off at 8:00 am, followed by the medium course (12 km) starting at 8:15 am, and concludes with a shorter but no less scenic run on the 5 km route beginning at 8:30 am. Registration fees range from $45 for the short course to $65 for the long course; however, late entries incur an additional charge of $10. Participants must meet age requirements: ages open to all for the short course with under-13s needing adult supervision, a minimum age of 13 years for the medium course, and 16 years for the longest route. About Yolla

Yolla is a rural community in north-western Tasmania, Australia. At the 2021 census, Yolla and the surrounding area had a population of 286. It is on the Murchison Highway about 20 kilometres (12 mi) south of the towns of Wynyard, Somerset and Burnie. The area around Yolla is used for dairying, beef cattle, growing vegetables, opium poppies and other crops, as well as forestry and mining. Local attractions are Hellyer Gorge and the Oldina Forest Reserve.
