North West Trail Running Series - Round 3 (Wild Mersey)
About the Event
Experience the third round of the North West Trail Running Series at Wild Mersey near Railton, where single-track trails await runners seeking an adrenaline-packed adventure. Ideal for both beginners and seasoned athletes, this course features smooth terrain with no major peaks or sharp climbs, making it accessible yet challenging. The event offers three distinct courses: a long 18 km route starting at 8:00 am, a medium 12 km option beginning at 8:15 am, and a shorter 4.6 km run kicking off at 8:30 am. Registration fees vary by distance—$45 for the short course, $55 for the medium, and $65 for the long—but on-the-day entries will incur an additional charge of $10. The event welcomes runners aged 13 or older to participate in longer courses; those under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
