Norman Cole Penistone 10K 2027

The Penistone Church Football Club 10K begins at the historic club's grounds, founded over a century ago in 1906. Runners start with a short loop through an elegant estate before venturing onto quiet rural roads that wind their way up into the Pennine foothills. The undulating terrain challenges runners as they navigate rolling hills and scenic countryside vistas. As the race nears its conclusion, participants descend on a steep stretch to reach the Trans Pennine Trail—a fast and flat surface for the final 2.5 kilometers back to the Football Club. This unique course offers both picturesque scenery and an exhilarating finish along well-maintained trails.
