Monster Dash

Join StartLine Racing for the spooky and thrilling 6th Annual Monster Dash 5K Run/Walk on October 30, 2026. This Halloween-themed race takes place under the lights at Arizona Boardwalk/OdySea Aquarium, where runners will encounter roaming monsters throughout the course and event area.
Participants can expect a unique experience with custom finisher medals for all who cross the line. The top male and female overall finishers receive special awards, as do the first three in each age group ranging from 8 & Under to 80+. Race day also features a pre- and post-race "Athlete's Brunch" offering granola bars, fruit, water, and more.
The race is chip-timed with real-time results available on StartLine Racing’s website. Course maps are meticulously set by the organizers to ensure an enjoyable run for all participants. Wheelchair users, leashed pets, and strollers are welcome at this friendly event.
Race day check-in begins at 6:30 PM at Arizona Boardwalk/OdySea Aquarium, with race night registration priced at $45 (cash, check, or credit card accepted). To guarantee your preferred shirt size, it’s recommended to register online before the event.
For those looking for packet pickup ahead of time, Road Runner Sports in North Phoenix offers an option on October 29th from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
The race starts promptly at 7:30 PM, and awards will be presented approximately one hour after the event concludes. Be prepared for a night filled with fun, frights, and fantastic company as you navigate through a haunted course teeming with monsters and mummies!
