Monaco Run Gramaglia

Nestled along the glamorous Côte d'Azur between Italy and France, Monaco hosts an exhilarating race series that caters to runners of all levels. Scheduled for February 13, 2027, this edition offers a diverse array of options including urban trails, natural routes, road races, and even a charity walk. The heart of the event is the "City Trail," which features two timed courses: an intense 12-kilometer course with over 400 meters of elevation gain through Monaco's winding streets and parks; and a more manageable but equally competitive 5km race that saw French athlete Jimmy Gressier break the European record in 2023, completing it in just 13 minutes and 12 seconds.
For those seeking an adventure off the beaten path, the "Trail du Mont Agel" is a new addition to this year's lineup. This challenging 30-kilometer route climbs up to Monte-Carlo’s iconic summit of Mount Agel, offering stunning panoramic views of the French Riviera and historical significance dating back to ancient times.
The event also includes an official 10km road race that runs twice through a looped course designed for speed. Ideal for runners aiming to break personal records or those simply looking to enjoy Monaco’s scenic coastal roads at high speeds, this race is known among the fastest in Europe.
Adding a touch of charity and community spirit to the event calendar is the "Pink Ribbon Walk," a 5km walk supporting breast cancer awareness through Pink Ribbon Monaco. Participants can stroll alongside notable figures while contributing to an important cause.
Beyond racing, visitors have ample opportunities to explore Monaco’s rich cultural heritage and natural beauty. The Oceanographic Museum of Monaco, established by Prince Albert I and managed for decades by Jacques Cousteau, offers a unique window into marine biology with over 6,000 fish specimens on display across its expansive exhibits.
Whether you're chasing personal bests or simply enjoying the scenic routes through one of Europe’s smallest yet most charming nations, Monaco Run Gramaglia promises an unforgettable experience.
