Devon's Running Events invites you to join them for an exciting and flexible running experience at the Mizaru Challenge Day 1, scheduled for Saturday, February 6th, 2027. This unique event operates on a 'TUGG' system—Turn Up Get Going—which means participants can start anytime between 7:30 AM and 2:30 PM but must finish by 3:30 PM.
The Mizaru Challenge takes place along an old disused train line, offering runners and walkers of all abilities a scenic route that winds through picturesque landscapes. Each lap is precisely measured at 5.3 kilometers out and back on smooth tarmac, making it ideal for both casual strollers and serious athletes looking to push their limits.
Participants can choose how many laps they wish to complete within the designated timeframe. Whether you're aiming for a leisurely stroll or planning an ambitious multi-lap journey, every finisher will receive a medal celebrating your achievement. The event is designed so that everyone who completes at least one lap and finishes by 3:30 PM qualifies as both a participant and winner.
With limited spots available, early registration is recommended to secure your place in this memorable day out. Should the event reach capacity ahead of time, latecomers will still be able to participate but may receive a special commemorative medal from the selection on hand that day.
