Marche Octobre Rose

Join the community of Le Cellier for an inspiring walk to support breast cancer awareness and research on October 18, 2026. As part of the Octobre Rose initiative, this event follows the previous day's trail run, creating a weekend dedicated to raising funds and spreading knowledge about breast cancer.
Participants will embark on a scenic 10-kilometer route that features some elevation changes, adding an element of challenge to the walk while showcasing the beauty of Le Cellier. Walkers are required to check in at the Des Jamonières Sports Complex starting from 9:00 AM for verification purposes. The departure window is flexible between 9:15 and 9:45 AM.
The event offers a warm community atmosphere, with a friendly gathering spot upon arrival where participants can enjoy refreshments together. A small village will be set up at the heart of Des Jamonières to host various exhibitors who contribute to the cause by providing information or selling items that support breast cancer awareness and research efforts.
Please note that this route is not suitable for strollers due to its terrain, which includes some hills. It's also recommended that young children under 8 years old join other family activities instead of participating in the walk itself to ensure their safety and comfort throughout the event.
The maximum capacity for this year’s march is set at 500 walkers, so be sure to register early to secure your spot in what promises to be a memorable and impactful day.
