Les foulées du vieux-doulon

On September 27, 2026, the merchants and artisans of Old Doulon will host the Foulées du Vieux-Doulon within the picturesque Grand Blottereau Park. The event offers runners a choice between a single lap covering 4 kilometers or two laps for those seeking an 8-kilometer challenge. Participants can enjoy this non-competitive, un-timed run in a beautiful setting with friends and family.
The race begins at 9:45 AM from the main entrance of Grand Blottereau Park, opposite the manor house. While limited parking is available within the park grounds, it is encouraged to use public transportation for ease of access; tram line 1 stops near Doulon Town Hall, and bus route 12 also provides convenient connections.
Race numbers can be collected on Saturday, September 26, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Old-Doulon Square or directly before race day starting from 9:00 AM in Grand Blottereau Park. Refreshments and light meals will be available throughout the event.
Entry fees are set at €7 for the 4-kilometer course and €10 for those choosing to run both laps, making this a budget-friendly option for all levels of runners looking to enjoy a leisurely morning in Doulon's scenic park.
