About the event
Honor the life and legacy of 1stLt Travis Manion, USMC, by hosting the 2027 Manion WOD (Workout of the Day) at your gym, CrossFit box, or ruck club.
The workout - designed to test physical and mental endurance - represents the date Travis made the ultimate sacrifice on 04/29/07. All participants, regardless of ability, are encouraged to push themselves to complete a 400-meter run and 29 weighted back squats, repeated for 7 rounds.
Register as a host today to activate your members and bring your community together to honor the life and legacy of 1stLt Travis Manion. Manion WODs will be held nationwide April 23-29, 2027.
