Les Foulées Siffait

The fourth edition of the Foulées Siffait will take place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, in Cellier. Registrations open at noon on June 5, 2026. This trail race offers runners breathtaking views over the Loire River and takes them through historical landmarks while navigating monotrails with elevation changes.
Organized by La Grande Vadrouille within the context of Pink October, this event raises awareness for breast cancer research and prevention. Every registration includes a donation to support these initiatives. Participants can choose from three courses: a short course under 10 kilometers, an intermediate route covering approximately 15 kilometers, and a challenging 30-kilometer race divided into three loops with time limits and rankings based solely on the final loop.
A new feature for this year is the timed hill climb challenge. Runners will compete in a sprint up a steep ascent of 30 meters elevation over 300 meters distance. The fastest male and female climbers will be recognized for their achievements. To ensure an optimal experience, race organizers have set a limit on registration numbers.
In addition to adult races, two children's events are also offered for participants aged between seven and twelve years old. All proceeds from the kids' event fees will go directly to the Ligue contre le cancer.
