Le Raid du Dellec

On September 26, 2027, the Raid du Dellec returns to Plouzané, marking the revival of multi-sport events in Finistère. This inaugural edition promises an exhilarating challenge for teams of two as they navigate through a series of disciplines including trail running, kayaking, and mountain biking.
The adventure kicks off with 5 kilometers of scenic trail run along coastal paths before transitioning to 3 kilometers of paddling on the waterways around Plouzané. The heart of the race is a thrilling 20-kilometer VTT (mountain bike) stage that winds through picturesque landscapes and challenging terrain, offering stunning views of the Brest coastline.
The event culminates with another 5 kilometers of trail running back to the finish line at the Dellec site. Participants will cover an impressive total distance of 33 kilometers while enjoying a unique blend of endurance sports in one day.
At the heart of it all is the vibrant village atmosphere set up at the Dellec, where teams can mingle with supporters and locals alike amidst a backdrop of convivial energy by the sea. The Raid du Dellec is organized by Breizh Sports Organisation, dedicated to fostering community spirit through sports events that emphasize teamwork and personal growth.
With Faustine Merret, Olympic champion in windsurfing from Athens 2004, as the event’s patron, this inaugural edition sets a high standard for future races. The Raid du Dellec is more than just an athletic challenge; it's a celebration of camaraderie and shared adventure on one of Brittany’s most scenic stretches of coast.
