La Nocturne - Trail ou VTT

Trail & VTT La Nocturne, organized by the Aveyron Viaur VTT association, takes place on November 28, 2026, at Laguépie. This evening of sport and adventure offers a variety of routes for both mountain bikers and trail runners.
For cyclists, there are three courses to choose from: an easy-going 15km route, a more challenging 26km loop, and the longest option, stretching over 38 kilometers. Cyclists can opt for flexible start times between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, allowing them to tailor their experience according to personal preferences.
Trail runners face two courses designed for different levels of expertise. The shorter 15km run is perfect for those looking to enjoy the scenic trails without pushing too hard. For a more intense challenge, there's also a 26km course known as "Challenge Tarn et Garonne." Both trail runs commence in groups at 6:40 PM and 6:50 PM from Escale Guépienne.
Participants can look forward to well-equipped aid stations along the way, providing essential hydration and nutrition. Upon crossing the finish line, runners and cyclists are treated to a hearty meal accompanied by a refreshing beer. The entry fee for trail runners is €22 while mountain bikers pay €18 (including a 1€ deposit).
