Set to start from Castiglione della Pescaia, this bike packing journey offers cyclists a unique opportunity to explore at their own pace over several days. Choose between four distinct routes tailored for different levels and preferences: - 460 km Route: Ideal for seasoned riders looking for an extensive challenge. - 220 km Route: A more moderate option allowing ample time to enjoy the scenery. - 90 km Tourist Route: Perfect for those who want a scenic day out with friends or family. - 60 km Excursion Route: An easygoing gravel ride through picturesque countryside. Each route allows you to select either a road or gravel path, providing flexibility and variety. The 460km and 220km routes are currently under verification but will be available closer to the event date. For the shorter rides of 90km and 60km, detailed maps will be accessible by February. Participants can ride with any type of bicycle including road bikes, gravel bikes, mountain bikes, or e-bikes without time restrictions. The route is designed for self-guided exploration, supported by a network of accommodation options and recommended eateries along the way. Upon registration, cyclists receive GPS tracks (GPX files), detailed maps (road book), and live tracking services to ensure they stay on course. A comprehensive briefing at the start will provide all necessary information about routes, accommodations, and safety measures. The event also includes a welcome meal for participants and an array of local products as part of your race package. Additionally, upon completion, you’ll receive a special edition book titled "La Strada Racconta" (The Road Tells), along with diplomas commemorating the achievement.
