The route stretches from Toba Station to Rinku Town via Kumanohama and Minabe, covering a total distance of 431 kilometers with over 4,400 meters in elevation gain. On the first day, cyclists will ride from Toba Station to Kumanohama, tackling 96 kilometers with an ascent of 1275 meters through lush greenery and coastal scenery. The second stage takes riders from Kumanohama to Minabe for a grueling 125 kilometers including 1133 meters in elevation gain over rolling hills and picturesque villages. Day three sees participants travel from Minabe to Shingu, covering 121 kilometers with an ascent of 1233 meters through winding roads and dense forests. The final leg concludes at Rinku Town after a challenging but rewarding 89 kilometers along the coast.
While the full distance is daunting for many, this ride allows flexibility; participants can choose to ride only their preferred sections or take shortcuts using support vehicles between designated rest points.
