The 41st Annual Kananaskis 100 (K100) Mile Relay, set for June 19, 2027, invites teams of ten runners to embark on an unforgettable journey along Highwood Pass. This iconic event has been a cornerstone in Alberta's running community since its inception over four decades ago.
Participants will traverse Canada’s highest paved highway as they race from Longview, Alberta, all the way to Pomeroy Lodge in Kananaskis. The route offers breathtaking views and challenging terrain that test both endurance and teamwork. Each runner takes on a leg of approximately 10 miles, with professional chip timing ensuring accuracy throughout.
Race day begins early at Longview with complimentary coffee and Sweet Rice donuts for all teams. Post-race festivities await at the Pomeroy Lodge in Kananaskis, where participants can enjoy a hearty meal and craft beverages while celebrating their achievement.
In addition to these perks, registration includes preferred rates at both the Pomeroy Lodge and The Black Diamond Club for those looking to extend their stay before or after the race.
