Jurassic Coast 10k

On May 1, 2027, runners will converge on the picturesque Jurassic Coast for the JC10k, an awe-inspiring race that winds through some of England's most stunning coastal scenery. Organized by volunteers who donate their time and expertise to ensure a seamless experience, this event offers more than just a challenging course; it supports FORCE Cancer Charity, a vital local organization dedicated to cancer care.
The race begins at 11:00 AM on the bustling seafront near Lime Kiln car park's south end. Participants will be treated to breathtaking views of cliffs and beaches as they navigate the rolling hills along this historic coastline. The event concludes back in Lime Kiln Car Park, adjacent to a children’s playground where families can enjoy the day.
All finishers receive a medal upon completion, with water stations available at both 5km and Race Headquarters for hydration throughout the run. Runners are encouraged to leave headphones behind for safety reasons and to respect fellow participants who may need to overtake or hear marshal instructions clearly. No dogs will be permitted on this course due to crowd management considerations.
The Jurassic Coast 10k is more than a race; it's an opportunity to connect with nature, support a worthy cause, and celebrate the spirit of community in one unforgettable day.
