Budleigh Blister | Exmouth Harriers

Exmouth Harriers invites you to experience the Budleigh Blister, formerly known as the Bicton Blister, on Sunday, November 22, 2026. This challenging off-road race starts at 9:00 AM from the grounds of Budleigh Cricket Club and offers runners a scenic journey through some of East Devon's most picturesque landscapes.
The full course is approximately ten miles long and features varied terrain with strict cut-off times to ensure all participants can complete it safely within two hours and fifteen minutes. The Blister Lite, starting at 9:15 AM, provides an alternative five-mile route for those looking for a shorter yet equally scenic adventure.
Both routes showcase stunning scenery as runners navigate through trails that wind around natural beauty spots in the area. Each finisher will receive a memento to commemorate their achievement, and participants can look forward to the camaraderie of fellow racers while enjoying the breathtaking views along the way.
The Full Blister is part of the Instep Series, offering additional incentives for those who participate regularly throughout the series.
Please note that all runners should park at Lyme Kiln carpark rather than Race HQ due to space limitations around Budleigh Cricket Club.
In case of adverse weather conditions, organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event and will communicate any changes directly via email and social media channels.
No refunds are available for this race.
