I Carrera Solidaria Cofradía de Los Dolores

On January 17, 2027, runners and walkers will gather at the heart of Torremolinos for La I Carrera Solidaria Cofradía de los Dolores. The race kicks off at Plaza Pablo Ruiz Picasso with two competitive distances: a scenic 5K and an invigorating 10K route through this vibrant coastal town. Participants can also join in the non-competitive, untimed solidarity walk of 5 kilometers to support a meaningful cause.
The event is organized by Cofradía de los Dolores and all proceeds will be donated to Asociación Costa del Sol de Esclerosis Múltiple (ACSEM). Registration opens on November 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with spots available until January 11, 2027, or when the 750 slots are filled. The cost for both competitive races is €12 per person.
The day promises a community spirit as runners and walkers come together to raise awareness and funds for those affected by multiple sclerosis in Costa del Sol. Spectators will enjoy a festive atmosphere at Plaza Pablo Ruiz Picasso, with awards presented at noon following the race start at 10:00 AM sharp.
Participants can pick up their bibs from Cofradía de los Dolores on Madre del Buen Consejo street, although exact pickup dates and times are yet to be announced. Join this inspiring event for a memorable day of solidarity and support in Torremolinos.
