Hospice Run

Hospice Run, celebrating its 20th anniversary on September 19, 2027, invites runners of all levels to join this beloved community event in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The race offers half marathon, 10k and 5k distances, with a scenic route that winds through the town's closed roads.
Participants will experience an undulating course that showcases the historic charm of Royal Tunbridge Wells while raising funds for Hospice in the Weald. Each runner is encouraged to raise £100, which supports essential care services such as three hours of nursing from Clinical Nurse Specialists or two hours of counselling for patients and their loved ones.
The event village will be bustling with a vibrant atmosphere, featuring live drumming bands and ample space for families and beginners alike. Runners can also look forward to receiving finisher medals and chip-timed results upon completion of the race. Training plans and support materials are provided in advance by the Hospice team to ensure all participants feel prepared.
With its strong community spirit and commitment to a worthy cause, Hospice Run promises an unforgettable day for runners looking to make a difference while enjoying one of the South East's best closed-road events.
Join us on September 19th as we come together in support of hospice care at this milestone anniversary celebration.
