HAYUM by Pegasus 2027

Embark on an epic trail adventure through the breathtaking landscapes of Wales at the HAYUM, Hay-on-Wye Ultra Marathon. Nestled within the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park, this ultra-distance race offers runners both a scenic and challenging course along famous trails like the Wye Valley Walk and Offa's Dyke Path.
For those seeking to experience the beauty of Wales without committing to the full 30-mile HAYUM route, there’s also an option for the half marathon distance. This event celebrates Hay-on-Wye, known affectionately as "Y Gelli Gandryll" in Welsh, a town celebrated globally for its literary festival and bookstores.
As part of Pegasus Ultra Running's 10th Anniversary celebrations, runners can take on not just this race but also qualify for the prestigious PEGASUS SLAM by completing six Pegasus races throughout the year. The HALF SLAM offers an equally rewarding challenge with a 90-mile commitment across half-distance events.
Join a community of dedicated ultra-runners and enjoy exclusive perks like discounted entry, a finisher's memento, and access to a supportive WhatsApp group for fellow participants. Experience the magic of Welsh trails while making memories that will last long after you cross the finish line on April 3, 2027.
