Happy Trail Run Festival for Children with Cancer

On November 15, 2026, runners will gather for the Cheonggyesan Trail Running Festival, an inspiring event that combines athletic challenge with charitable support. The race takes place on the scenic trails of Cheonggyesan, starting and finishing at the serene Cheonggyesan Waterside Park, just a short walk from Exit 1 of Cheonggyesanipgu Station.
Participants can choose between two distances: a challenging 20K route or a more manageable 10K option. Both courses wind through lush forests and along picturesque streams, offering breathtaking views at every turn. Entry fees for the event are fully donated to support children with cancer, making this race not just about personal achievement but also meaningful community service.
Registration opens in July and closes on October 30 at 4:00 p.m., or earlier if all slots fill up quickly due to high demand. Each runner will receive a trail running backpack filled with essential gear and a certificate commemorating their participation. The top three male and female finishers of the 20K race, as well as the last three participants regardless of gender, are awarded special recognition.
Join this heartwarming event for an unforgettable day of racing through nature while making a difference in the lives of young patients battling cancer.
