FORGE UP

Forge Up is set to challenge runners with an entirely unique and steep course through the historic streets of Alcântara. Starting at Fábrica Park, once home to the São Pedro de Alcântara Textile Factory, this race offers a series of relentless uphill climbs that will test even the most seasoned athletes. The finish line awaits near Quitandinha Hotel, marking the end of an intense and scenic journey through some of the city’s steepest terrain.
Participants can anticipate detailed route information, including altitude profiles and GPX files, leading up to October 18th, when all race-day logistics will be finalized on the Forge Up website. Registration is exclusive via Ticket Sports until August 1st or until capacity is reached. Ensure you bring photo ID for kit pickup at least one month before the event.
All runners who complete the course receive a commemorative medal and top finishers in both overall and age categories are awarded special trophies, adding an extra layer of prestige to this challenging climb. With hydration stations along the route and at the start line, Forge Up promises not only an exhilarating race but also a memorable experience for all participants.
