CORRIDINHA SPORTS KIDS 2026

On October 18, 2026, the vibrant Praça Montese in Pau Grande, Magé/RJ will host a fun-filled sports day for children and young teens. This family-friendly event is designed to encourage physical activity among kids aged 2 to 12 with races tailored specifically to their age groups.
The race categories start at just 50 meters for the youngest participants (ages 3-4), gradually increasing up to 400 meters for older children in the Teen 2 category. Each event is held on a safe, flat course that begins and ends right within the bustling square of Praça Montese.
Participants will enjoy an energetic morning starting at 8 am with their respective race times announced through official social media channels ahead of time. The atmosphere promises to be lively as kids dash across the finish line cheered on by proud parents and enthusiastic spectators.
Each child who completes the race, in accordance with event rules, receives a medal for participation. Winners in each age category are awarded special medals to celebrate their achievements. Additionally, all participants receive an official kit including a personalized t-shirt, backpack, bib number, sunglasses, and access to the kids' area.
Registration is now open until October 17th through various lotteries with limited spots available at increasing prices as they sell out quickly. Parents should note that there will be no on-site registration or kit pickup for this event; all kits must be collected in advance by presenting a payment receipt.
The day promises to be an unforgettable celebration of youth, sportsmanship, and community spirit.
