First Light Run Brighton

Step into the tranquil dawn of Brighton on July 9th, 2027, at First Light Run. Organized by the creators behind the popular early morning runs in Nottingham and Brighton, this unique event invites runners to explore city streets usually bustling with traffic but now eerily quiet under the soft glow of first light.
Join a community of like-minded individuals as you navigate a meticulously planned 5km route through closed roads that are rarely accessible at any other time. This special early morning run offers an unparalleled opportunity to experience your surroundings in serene and beautiful solitude, fostering reflection and contemplation while boosting physical well-being.
Participants receive a branded technical tee, a unique medal, and refreshments upon completion of the event. The atmosphere is inclusive for all ages and abilities—whether you're running, jogging, walking, or even pushing a wheelchair—and dogs are welcome too. This non-competitive run raises awareness and funds for local charities, enhancing its community spirit.
Starting at 5:30am on a Friday morning, First Light Run harnesses the benefits of early exercise to enhance focus and routine while avoiding daily distractions. Join runners who have praised past events as "iconic," "wonderful," and an unbeatable experience in Brighton's quiet streets.
