About the Event

Running enthusiasts over the age of 18 are invited to join "The Running School" at Catarroja's Municipal Sports Complex. The program is designed for individuals looking to improve their running skills and fitness levels, offering sessions that cater to various distances from 5K up to marathons.
Participants can expect a comprehensive training regimen led by experienced coaches who will guide them through warm-up exercises, technical drills, strength-building routines, and injury prevention techniques. Whether you're aiming for your first race or looking to enhance your performance in longer events like the marathon, this program provides tailored plans suitable for all skill levels.
For those interested in improving their overall health rather than competing, there are also sessions focused on general fitness activities that promote well-being and physical activity. The package includes a technical running shirt as part of the registration fee, along with discounted rates for club gear available through the school.
Sessions begin in September and run until June, providing ample time to build endurance and refine techniques under professional guidance. Join "The Running School" at Catarroja's Municipal Sports Complex for an enriching experience that combines fitness goals with community support.
Join us this fall as we kick off our season of training and growth!

About Valencia

Learn more about the host city, Valencia.

Valencia is a charming old city and the capital of the Valencian Community. With just over 830,000 inhabitants in 2023, it is Spain’s third-largest city and, after Barcelona, the most significant cultural centre along the Spanish Mediterranean coast. It is the capital of the autonomous Valencian Community, and is known for tourism and cuisine. In March visitors flock to the city for the annual UNESCO-listed Falles celebration, but the city is worth visiting at other times of year for its paella, ultramodern architecture, and good beaches.
