About the event
On December 6, 2026, Atletiekvereniging O.S.S.-VOLO will host the 29th Engelermeercross around the picturesque Engelermeer lake in 's-Hertogenbosch. The race offers a variety of distances for different age groups, starting with children's races at 10:00 AM and culminating in an adult event at 11:30 AM.
The highlight for adults is an 8650-meter course that winds around the lake five times within a strict 60-minute time limit. Participants must complete all laps to be eligible for awards, which are given to the top three finishers in each gender category (men and women aged under 40 and over 40).
Children and juniors who cross the finish line on time receive commemorative items, adding a sense of accomplishment for young athletes. The race is open for registration until December 5, with options for group sign-ups to accommodate families or clubs.
For more details about the course layout and event specifics, visit Atletiekvereniging O.S.S.-VOLO's website at WWW.OSS-VOLO.NL.
