ENDA TOUR BRASIL -SÃO SEBASTIÃO DO PARAÍSO - MG

The Enda Tour Brasil is an inspiring sports initiative that combines the technical expertise and communal spirit of Kenyan runners with Brazil’s vibrant running culture. On December 5, 2026, this unique camp will take place at Campão, the Olympic Arena track in São Sebastião do Paraíso. The event is led by Ademir Paulino, a Brazilian coach who immersed himself in Kenya's Rift Valley and learned firsthand from Kalenjin athletes about their rigorous training methods and community-driven philosophy.
Participants can expect an immersive experience that goes beyond technical instruction; it’s about understanding the holistic approach to running excellence that includes mental resilience and collective support. Ademir will share real-life challenges faced by these athletes as they transform into world-class runners, offering insights on discipline, perseverance, and performance enhancement. The camp focuses equally on theoretical knowledge and practical application, ensuring a balanced learning environment for both amateur and professional levels.
By fostering community engagement and promoting healthy habits through sport, the Enda Tour Brasil aims to enrich local running cultures while celebrating public spaces dedicated to physical activity. This event is not just about training techniques but also about embracing the philosophy that turns individuals into champions within supportive communities.
Participants will engage in a day filled with stories of triumph, practical workshops, and shared experiences on how dedication and teamwork can elevate one’s performance to new heights.
