About the Event

Welcome to the DESAFIO DA FLORESTA 2027, an immersive journey through lush trails and dense greenery. This event offers runners and walkers alike a chance to connect with nature while pushing their limits on distances ranging from 5 km to 42 km. Nestled in the Floresta Estadual "Edmundo Navarro de Andrade" near Rio Claro, São Paulo, participants will be surrounded by the serene sounds of rustling leaves and birdsong as they traverse through varied terrain.
The race begins at dawn on May 16, 2027, with hydration stations every 2.5 kilometers to keep runners refreshed along their journey. Every 5 kilometers, bases of support provide essential services including medical aid and information updates. The event culminates in a vibrant post-race celebration featuring live music, massage therapy booths, a food court, and cryotherapy sessions.
With its unique setting and challenging courses, the DESAFIO DA FLORESTA invites participants to embrace their strength and courage while exploring one of Brazil's most beautiful natural landscapes.
