About the Event

Immerse yourself in the scenic beauty of Mountain's Edge Regional Park for an unforgettable running experience that caters to all levels, from young runners to seasoned athletes. The race offers a variety of distances including a 1-mile kids' run, a traditional 5K and 10K, half marathon, full marathon, and both solo and relay options in the challenging 50k category.
The course, which winds through approximately 2.2 miles of picturesque trails, promises breathtaking views and an engaging terrain that will test your endurance while keeping you connected to nature's splendor. Participants can opt for a single loop or tackle multiple loops if they're part of one of the relay teams, where up to six runners can share the challenge.
Registration perks include recycled medals and shirts from previous events, allowing organizers to offer lower prices without compromising on quality. This unique approach not only saves costs but also reduces waste, making it an environmentally conscious event for all participants.
On race day, packet pickup will take place at the staging area 45 minutes before your scheduled start time. The run itself is supported by a variety of amenities designed to keep you fueled and hydrated throughout your journey. Salty snacks and electrolytes are available early in the morning, while pizza, pasta salad, potatoes, rice, coffee, and Monster energy drinks will be served around midday.
All finishers receive a "recycled" medal as a token of their achievement, with additional awards for top male and female overall winners across each distance. Virtual runners are also encouraged to join in spirit by adding their times to the race website within a month after the event date.
