Croi Laighean Christmas Jumper Dash 2026

Embrace the festive spirit and lace up your running shoes for the Croí Laighean Christmas Jumper Dash, taking place on November 29th at Donadea Forest Park. This whimsical race invites participants to don their most outrageous holiday attire—think hideous sweaters or wild-themed tees—and hit the trails in a joyful celebration of winter cheer.
The event is not just about crossing the finish line; it’s an opportunity to show off your creative flair and compete for spot prizes awarded to those with the wackiest, most festive costumes. Set against the serene backdrop of Donadea Forest Park, runners will enjoy scenic routes that wind through lush woodlands, making this a memorable run before indulging in holiday treats.
Entry fees are generously donated back to clubs or organizations within the Croí Laighean Common Bond, giving participants the chance to support their favorite causes. Whether you’re racing for your local club, school, or charity of choice, every step contributes positively to the community. Race day registration opens at 9:30 am, providing ample time to meet fellow runners and soak in the festive atmosphere before setting off on this unique holiday tradition.
Participants are encouraged to arrive early and join a morning full of fun and camaraderie as Donadea Forest Park transforms into a hub of winter joy.
