Corrida Musas in Move 2026

Musas In Move, born in 2025 with the mission of empowering women through physical activity, has grown into more than just an athletic challenge. Founded by Raquel Oliveira, a personal trainer who believes in the transformative power of exercise for women, this event fosters self-discovery and well-being beyond mere fitness training. What began as a simple strength-training challenge evolved into a movement that encourages women to push their limits through running, creating spaces where they reconnect with their inner strength.
Set for October 18, 2026, Musas In Move offers three engaging options: a 3K walk and both 5K and 10K runs. The event is not just about racing; it's an experience of connection, friendship, and empowerment. Participants will enjoy the supportive atmosphere as they celebrate their achievements alongside like-minded women.
Organized by Raquel Oliveira Personal with support from Márcio Lanuzi Eventos, Musas In Move promises a day filled with camaraderie and personal growth.
