CORRIDA DO GUARDIÃO DA REGIÃO DOS LAGOS - 2026

About the Event

On November 15, 2026, runners and walkers will gather at the 25º Batalhão de Polícia Militar (BPM) in Cabo Frio for an inspiring race that celebrates community engagement and public safety. The event kicks off at 7:30 AM with a unique starting point inside this military facility, fostering a sense of unity between local residents and law enforcement.
The route is carefully monitored and well-marked to ensure participant safety as they make their way through the scenic streets towards the picturesque Praia do Forte, known for its stunning coastal views. Participants can choose from either a 6km run or a more leisurely 3km walk, both of which offer breathtaking ocean vistas along the final stretch.
The race not only promotes physical well-being but also supports social causes through an action-driven initiative where every athlete is encouraged to bring one kilogram of non-perishable food for donation. This contribution goes directly to benefit local charity organizations in need.
As runners cross the finish line at Praia do Forte, they are greeted by a vibrant atmosphere filled with cheering crowds and panoramic ocean views, making it an unforgettable experience that highlights both athletic achievement and community solidarity. B
