FLUIR RUN

The inaugural FLUIR RUN 2026, organized by the Igreja Fluir, invites runners and walkers to join an inspiring blend of sport, health, and faith. Set for November 29, 2026, this event promises a day filled with celebration, community spirit, and reflection in Cabo Frio's vibrant Praça do Novo Portinho.
Participants can choose between two distances: the main 5 km race or a leisurely 3 km walk. The scenic route winds through picturesque streets near Rua Jaboticaba, offering glimpses of local landmarks and the warm hospitality of this coastal city.
Registration is available via Ticket Esporte app, Instagram bio, or WhatsApp, with early bird pricing for those who sign up before capacity fills. Special discounts are offered to seniors aged 60+ and PCD (Pessoa com Deficiência) participants, encouraging wider community engagement.
On November 28th from 14:00 to 20:00, event kits will be distributed at Igreja Fluir on Rua Mandacaru. On race day, runners can pick up their packets between 6:30 and 7:00 am with prior booking.
The race kicks off promptly at 7:30 AM for the 5 km run followed by a gentle start for the walking group at 7:35 AM. A hydration station is strategically placed near the 2-kilometer mark to ensure everyone stays refreshed throughout their journey.
After the races, all participants will be celebrated with on-site music and awards presentations until around midday. Join FLUIR RUN 2026 for a unique blend of physical challenge and spiritual upliftment in one unforgettable event.
