Cleethorpes AC 5K Prom Time Trial 1 December 2026

The Cleethorpes Promenade Time Trial invites runners to compete on the scenic promenade near Kingsway Kiosk. Limited to just 150 participants, this fast-paced 5k race starts promptly at 6:45 PM and features a strict time limit of 40 minutes for all competitors. Race day registration is not available; instead, numbers must be collected from Cleethorpes Leisure Centre between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM on December 1, 2026.
Runners aiming to break the course record will face stiff competition as they chase Lewis Jagger's men’s time of 14 minutes and 33 seconds or Nicola Geddes' women’s mark of 16 minutes and 57 seconds. Transfers of entries are possible until November 28, 2026, but participants must follow the specific instructions provided in their entry email.
With its flat course and vibrant atmosphere along the promenade, this race is ideal for runners aged 11 and older looking to test their speed under competitive conditions. Note that due to safety regulations, wheelchairs are not permitted on this route.
