Bookin' for Lookin' Race For Sight Run & Walk - Bucks 5K Series 2027

Join us on April 24, 2027, for the special 15th anniversary edition of the Bookin’ For Lookin’ Race For Sight 5K Run & Walk. This year, we're celebrating at Newtown Borough and Township with a new venue that promises an unforgettable experience.
The day kicks off early with a Kids' 100-Yard Dash starting at 8:00 a.m., giving young participants the chance to join in the fun before the main event begins at 8:30 a.m. The race itself winds through charming Newtown Borough and Township, offering scenic views of historic buildings and green landscapes.
All proceeds from this year’s event will support the Bucks County Association For The Blind And Visually Impaired (BCABVI), an organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for those experiencing vision loss in Bucks County. By participating, you’re not just running a race; you're making a difference in your community.
As part of the Bucks 5K Series, Bookin’ For Lookin’ is the third event in this year’s lineup, offering series registrants discounted entry fees and points toward awards. After crossing the finish line, enjoy post-race festivities with complimentary food from local vendors like Turning Point Restaurants and Newtown Bagel, as well as Starbucks coffee and snacks.
Every participant will receive a special 15th Anniversary T-shirt and a finisher medal, while top age-group winners get additional recognition. Don't miss out on the excitement; come run or walk for sight in support of an important cause!
