About the Event

Box End Lake invites triathletes of all skill levels to challenge themselves at its state-of-the-art facility designed specifically for watersports. Competitors can choose from three distances: the sprint (750m swim, 26km bike, and a 5km run), standard (1500m swim, 40km bike, and a 10km run), or Centurion (2250m swim, 80km bike, and a 20km run) distances. The crystal-clear waters of the lake provide an ideal environment for swimmers to start their race.
The cycling route takes participants through scenic landscapes surrounding Box End Lake, offering breathtaking views that enhance the racing experience. For those who wish to focus solely on swimming and biking, an Aquabike option is available, eliminating the run portion entirely. Teamwork plays a significant role in this event as well; relay teams of two or three members can compete by dividing up the swim, bike, and run disciplines among themselves.
The running course showcases stunning scenery with picturesque views that make every step memorable. Whether you're an experienced triathlete looking for a new challenge or a beginner eager to experience your first race, Box End Lake offers a welcoming environment where everyone can enjoy their unique racing journey.
