ATW Box End Mixed Team Relay

Box End Park invites triathlon enthusiasts to take part in the exhilarating Team Relays on Saturday evening. This unique race features three team categories: an Olympic mixed format (2 females + 2 open), all-female teams, and a flexible open category for any combination of four athletes.
Each participant will complete their own short triathlon before handing over to the next teammate. The event kicks off with a deep-water start in the crystal-clear wakeboarding lake, followed by a fast-paced 7.7km bike leg that loops around the venue’s perimeter. Runners then take on a flat 1km course along the lakeside, visible from the transition area.
For those without a team, single entry tickets are available, and you’ll be assigned to a group at registration day. Team captains must provide details upon booking, while other members will submit their information via Google form onsite.
The race begins promptly at 6:30 PM on Saturday evening, with sunset occurring around 9 PM. Athletes are advised to use rear lights as the light may fade during later legs due to weather conditions.
After the event, participants can enjoy a bar and food service provided by Box End Park. On Sunday morning, the park hosts additional triathlon events including a Centurion Triathlon (100k) and Sprint/Standard distance races, offering camping options for those looking to extend their stay over the weekend.
Box End Park is committed to inclusivity, welcoming transgender athletes in both female and open categories based on birth sex. Additionally, competitors have the opportunity to raise funds for Alzheimer's Research UK through event registration and onsite donations.
Zone3 wetsuits are available for hire from Box End Park should you need one for a day or longer periods throughout the season.
