9:00am - 1/2 Mile Funny Run (6-8th grade)
9:10am - Costume Contest in the main gym

Youth runners in the RunAmherst.com Little Comets Running Club do not have to register for the 400/800 youth runs. Registration for these athletes is only needed if they want to register for the 5K race or purchase a shirt. Shirts can be picked up in the main gym before 9:30am on race day.
All mailed pre-registered entries must be received by Friday, October 16, 2026

Its quarries were an important source of grindstones. There were nine sandstone quarries in the area operating at the peak of production. Many early buildings are constructed of native sandstone.
