ALEKSEEVSKIY MARAFON

The 125 Rayonov-Marafonov is an exclusive running series presented by City Run that takes place across all 125 districts of Moscow. This unique race allows participants to explore the city's diverse neighborhoods through a variety of scenic routes, from parks and squares to riverside paths.
On May 27, 2027, runners will gather at Raketny Bulvar Square in western Moscow for this special edition. The start location is conveniently situated near Yaroslavsky Street, with the nearest metro station being VDNKh, just a short walk away from the race venue.
The course itself winds around the perimeter of the picturesque square and features approximately 1 km per lap on cobblestone paths. Participants can choose various distances ranging from 5km to the full marathon distance, offering flexibility for runners with different goals in mind.
Unlike traditional races, there are no designated changing tents or strict start times; instead, participants should arrive dressed and ready to run at their convenience according to the schedule provided online.
Each finisher will receive a commemorative medal bearing the emblem of the district where they completed their race. The event is limited to around 20 runners per location, ensuring an intimate and personalized experience for all who participate.
For those unable to join in person, there's also an option to run virtually from anywhere on any day leading up to or after the official date. Register online, complete your chosen distance at a time that suits you, and receive your unique finisher medal by mail through OZON service if needed.
