Upon registration, you'll receive personalized support from our coordinators to help you achieve your fitness goals. We also encourage participation in local run clubs that offer ongoing community and training assistance throughout the year.
Timing Options:
While timing is optional, those who wish can track their progress using apps like Strava or Nike Run Club and submit results via a simple online form for public display. No timing chips are needed; this event prioritizes stress-free enjoyment over competitive tracking.

Packet Pickup Convenience:
There's no need to worry about picking up packets on race day; everything will be shipped directly to you via mail (please ensure accurate US mailing details are provided). Race bibs will still be distributed on-site.
Race Updates & Late Registrations:
We'll send out final updates the Wednesday before the event, including course maps. While we do accept last-minute registrations up to two weeks in advance, please note that shirt delivery may take longer than expected due to shipping times.
Wave Times and Flexibility:
To ensure a smooth start for all participants, wave sign-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis with the following options: Wave A at 7:30 AM, Wave B at 8:00 AM, and Wave C at 8:30 AM. Latecomers can still join upon arrival; our coordinators will stay for up to three hours after the initial wave.
