2026 BCS Turkey Trot presented by Wright-Naeger Dentistry
About the Event
Join us on November 26, 2026, for the 16th annual BCS Turkey Trot, a beloved community tradition that brings together over 2500 participants each year. This family-friendly event features both a one-mile fun run/walk and a competitive 5K race around Stonebridge neighborhood. The day kicks off at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center on Hwy 6 and Rock Prairie with an early morning start time of 8:00 AM, offering runners scenic routes through the medical center campus for the mile walk/run and along picturesque streets in Stonebridge for the longer distance. Participants can expect to enjoy a festive atmosphere filled with family members cheering from sidelines and engaging activities. Registration fees are $30 per child or student, $35 for adults, and an affordable $110 for families of up to five individuals. All participants will receive race t-shirts upon registration, along with post-race refreshments including slices of pie provided by local bakers and craft beers from a nearby brewery. The event is not timed but offers plenty of opportunities for runners and walkers alike to celebrate Thanksgiving in an active way while supporting important community organizations such as Mercy Project. Rain or shine, the BCS Turkey Trot remains committed to providing participants with an unforgettable experience. First 300 families registered will also receive a complimentary throw blanket. We look forward to seeing you there!
