A Guided Run: “Cake Pace” Chill Cafe Tavistock

Run for Cake and Coffee invites you to enjoy a leisurely 10km trail run through the picturesque moorlands of Moretonhampstead. This social run is designed to celebrate local cafes while supporting their community efforts.
The route begins at Chill Cafe, situated within the leisure centre, where participants will gather before setting off on an invigorating morning journey. After completing your run, head back to Chill Cafe where you’ll be greeted with fresh coffee and delicious flapjack as part of the entry fee. This event aims to foster community spirit while offering runners an enjoyable experience filled with scenic routes and rewarding refreshments. Be sure to arrive early on November 14th at 9:00 AM, parking either in the local car park or taking advantage of free spots along Plymouth Road.
