About the Event

Join us for the fourth annual Fit & Festive 5k and 1 mile fun run to promote healthy living and an active lifestyle in Kingfisher County. Event will be sponsored by local businesses that are geared towards supporting healthy lifestyles and overall general wellness. Proceeds from event will go towards improvements in Kingfisher’s public parks.

The event course is a 5k down and back route and a 1 mile loop that utilizes the Kingfisher Trails multi purpose trails. Prizes will be given for individual age group and overall winners. Prizes will also be awarded for most festive attire. Participants are encouraged to bring non perishable food items for our holiday food drive. Registration includes a unisex race tshirt and a race bib with chip timer.

Stick around after the race for the Christmas parade, firework, and drone show in downtown Kingfisher or drive through the Christmas light displays in Kingfisher Park!!

About Kingfisher

Learn more about the host city, Kingfisher.

Kingfisher is in the Oklahoma Red Carpet Country, and came to be in 1889 thru the land run phenomenons. Prior to that, this area was frequented by cattle drives tracing the Chisholm Trail. Two things Kingfisher can be easily identified with by many are Sam Walton, the founder of Walmart, and the Coleman Company, both of which originated here.
