This year marks the 43rd edition of El Tour de Tucson, drawing participants from novice riders to seasoned professionals. As runners step out onto the streets at 7:20 am for the five-kilometer run/walk, they'll be greeted by an array of local businesses and enthusiastic spectators lining the route.
