24 Hours of Heroes 2026

On November 7th at 10am EST, the 24 Hours of Heroes returns for its eleventh year as a powerful tribute and fundraiser for Wounded Warriors Canada. Spanning from dawn on November 7th to sunrise on November 8th, this event celebrates the courage and sacrifice of service members by engaging participants in grueling CrossFit-style workouts known as "Hero" workouts.
The Hero workouts are designed to challenge both body and mind, reflecting the intense commitment and dedication shown by military personnel. Each hour brings a new workout that can be completed at home or within participating gyms across Canada. Gyms have the flexibility to choose which hero workouts they wish to undertake, while individuals may opt for personalized routines based on their fitness levels and available equipment.
First Responder groups are also invited to join in with specially tailored versions of these challenging exercises. The event aims to foster a sense of community among participants as they push through demanding physical tasks that honor the fallen heroes who have made sacrifices for our nation's safety and freedom.
Top fundraisers from individuals, gyms, and first responder teams will be recognized and awarded unique prizes provided by generous sponsors. Since its inception in 2016, this event has raised over $504,000 to support Wounded Warriors Canada’s initiatives aimed at aiding Trauma-Exposed Professionals dealing with Operational Stress Injuries.
