2026 T4G (Thanks For Giving) 5k/10k

Experience the 12th edition of Northern New England's premier Thanksgiving Day race on November 26, 2026. This year’s event takes place through the picturesque town of Exeter, NH, offering runners and families a flat and fast course that caters to all levels of experience.
The race starts at the Southern District YMCA located at 56 Linden Street in Exeter, with participants setting off on an early morning run beginning at 8:00 AM. The event features both a 5k and a 10k distance option, providing runners from first-timers to seasoned athletes the opportunity to challenge themselves or simply enjoy the scenic route.
Registration for this year’s race is now open online until November 24, with early bird discounts available for those who sign up before October 27. Individual runner registration costs $35 for the 5k and $50 for the 10k distance. A special discount of $5 applies to runners under 18 years old on race day.
Families are encouraged to participate in a specially designed package that includes discounts for groups of up to six family members, with two free race shirts provided if registering before October 27th:
- Up to four participants cost $85
- Five participants cost $95
- Six participants pay $105
All proceeds from the Exeter Run Club (ERC) Thanksgiving Day Race will benefit several local initiatives including the American Independence Center, Hero Pups, and various community programs supported by ERC. These efforts aim to promote running as a sport while fostering healthy living within the community.
The race is made possible through the generous support of numerous sponsors who contribute at all levels. Participants are encouraged to show their appreciation for these partners on the day of the event.
