2026 Guangzhou Tower STEELFIT Fitness Run (2026广州塔STEELFIT体能跑)

On November 28, 2026, the Guangzhou Tower will host an exhilarating STEELFIT Fitness Run as part of its annual International Climbing Race. The event takes place on the second-floor platform and features eight intense 400-meter sprints interspersed with nine challenging physical tasks such as rowing for 999 meters, stair climbing up two flights, sled pushing for 50 meters, cycling to burn 25 calories, carrying a heavy load for 99 meters, throwing medicine balls repeatedly, performing rope climbs twice, and more. Participants will navigate through these obstacles in sequence on the circular track around the tower, culminating at the finish stage.
The STEELFIT Fitness Run offers two main categories: Speed Pass (open to all ages) and Full Course (divided into male individual, female individual, mixed doubles, parent-child teams by age groups from 18-60). The event promises a unique blend of athleticism, teamwork, and entertainment. It is not your typical running race but an innovative fitness challenge that attracts diverse participants including gym enthusiasts, office workers, entrepreneurs, runners, and more.
This special event precedes the main climbing competition on November 29th, offering a thrilling prelude to what's in store for climbers. The STEELFIT Fitness Run breaks down barriers by making complex physical challenges accessible while fostering community engagement through social media sharing and industry collaboration.
