1º TREINÃO ONG AMADOS

Welcome to the 1st AMADOS Training Event – Blue November: Caring Also Means Moving!
This initiative is part of a broader movement for health, blending sport, awareness, and solidarity. Organized by the Association of Friends Holding Hands (AMADOS), this event aims to raise community awareness about men's health through prevention and care, aligning with the Blue November campaign in an engaging and active manner.
Join us on Avenida Metropolitana in Imperatriz, Maranhão for a run or walk along scenic routes that span 3 km or 5 km. The venue is one of the city’s most accessible spots for physical activities, offering ample space for participants to gather comfortably before the start.
The event schedule includes:
19:30 – Participant registration, reception, warm-up exercises, and general alignment
20:30 – Official departure (run or walk)
Additional highlights include special prize giveaways through a raffle exclusively for registered attendees. This socially responsible initiative relies on your energy and commitment to make a difference in the health of our community.
